COVID-19 November 2020 Update: Economic headwinds continue to affect our clients worldwide due to the persistent spread of COVID-19; our dedicated teams at York Controls have been fortunate to be able to serve at near full capacity to meet our clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge 22D75G7A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2020 Siemens product line-up. This month we are also very pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 3TF20100AC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 366A773G15 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3TF4622OAK61 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for September 2020 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 500FA0D92 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Furnas such as 41NB20AJ equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3ZX10120RT031AA13RH19211HA22 made by Siemens as well as the popular 3TY7 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3TB4022E by Siemens and 41NB20AJ spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RT10461AP04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
