COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fanuc IC754CSF15CTD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seiki such as the IO4810570000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JANCDMIF01 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LA3400PF by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Motoman Brand JARCRXFB04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as MG200H2YS1 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available INT01 made by Omron as well as the popular LUT1400S01 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD3600 by Cutler-Hammer and MG200H2YS1 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IWS2523 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
