COVID-19 November 2020 Update: Economic headwinds continue to affect our clients worldwide due to the persistent spread of COVID-19; our dedicated teams at York Controls have been fortunate to be able to serve at near full capacity to meet our clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1495-N78 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2020 Ge product line-up. This month we are also very pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 1D106G2A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3TF34220AP6 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 237C700G1 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for September 2020 York Controls has Furnas Brand 42CE35AF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 3107440044 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TY7 made by Siemens as well as the popular 3TB43100BB4 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RT10363BB40 by Siemens and 3107440044 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42CF15AG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
